José Lux Warranty Policy

"All jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty, which includes free stone replacement for CZ stones and free polishing and brightening services at our José Lux workshop, located at 47 Lê Đức Thọ, Ward 6, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The warranty does not cover intentional damage to the products. We do not offer mossanite stone replacement services for rings or earrings, as all jewelry crafted at our workshop undergoes thorough quality checks before being delivered to you. If you require a mossanite stone replacement, you must purchase the mossanite stone from our company. We only replace CZ stones and provide free polishing and brightening services for your jewelry during its usage.
