José Lux Warranty Policy
Every piece of jewelry made at our workshop in Vietnam ships with a lifetime warranty. Here's exactly what that means — and what it doesn't.
What's Covered
Silver repairs. If the band cracks, bends, or breaks from normal wear, we repair it. No charge.
Stone resetting. If a CZ stone works loose or falls out during normal use, we replace and reset it. No charge.
Re-plating. When the rhodium plated white gold finish wears over time, we re-plate it. No charge. This is normal — rhodium plating wears with daily use. It's not a defect.
Polishing and brightening. If the ring needs a polish or surface refresh, we do it. No charge.
All warranty work is done at our workshop at 47 Lê Đức Thọ, Ward 6, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the same bench where your piece was made.
What's Not Covered
Intentional damage. If a piece is deliberately altered, bent, or damaged, the warranty doesn't apply.
Lost stones you can't return. If a CZ stone falls out and is lost, we can replace it — but the replacement stone is at cost. We don't charge labor for re-setting, only the stone itself.
Moissanite stone replacement. Every Moissanite ring that leaves our workshop goes through a full quality check before shipping. GRA-certified stones are set and inspected individually. If a Moissanite stone needs replacement, the stone must be purchased from José Lux directly — we don't accept third-party stones for resetting. Labor for resetting is covered under the warranty; the stone itself is not.
Third-party alterations. If the piece has been worked on by another jeweler, the warranty is void on that work. We'll still fix what we can — at cost, with a clear quote first.
How to Use Your Warranty
Contact us at support@joselux.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll tell you exactly what's needed and how to send the piece in. Turnaround is typically 7–14 business days once we receive it.

A Note on What Warranty Actually Means Here
Lifetime warranty at José Lux means the ring is built to last — and if something goes wrong with normal use, we fix it. It's not marketing language. It's what we actually do. I've been at this workshop long enough to know that a warranty is only worth something if the person behind it follows through. We do.
If something falls outside the warranty scope, we'll still repair it. We'll give you a clear quote before touching anything. You decide.
