- If the leather quality does not match the product description, we will process a full refund.
- If your order is not shipped to you or exceeds a 10-day delivery timeframe within the United States, a refund will be issued.
- We provide immediate refunds if your José Lux leather product arrives damaged.
Returns Policy

- Product Quality: Returns are accepted if the leather quality does not meet the product description.
- Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate a return and refund process.
- Return Period: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
