Every order ships free. Every order is insured. Here's exactly how it works.

Packaging

Before your jewelry leaves our workshop, it goes through two layers of protection.

The piece itself is wrapped in a shock-absorbing layer — it doesn't move in transit, it doesn't get scratched, it doesn't arrive dented. Inside sits a jewelry box holding the piece securely in place. That box goes inside an outer protective box. Two layers, every time, no exceptions.

This isn't about looking good on unboxing. It's about your jewelry arriving in exactly the condition it left our bench.

Carrier — USPS with 100% Jewelry Insurance

We ship via USPS for all orders to the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Every shipment carries 100% jewelry insurance. That means if something goes wrong in transit — lost, delayed, damaged — we cover it. You will receive your order.

The only situation where we cannot guarantee delivery is an incorrect address entered at checkout. If that happens, we refund you in full. No dispute. No back-and-forth.

Tracking is sent to you the day your order ships.

Delivery Times

United States: 7–14 business days

Europe: 10–15 business days

Asia: 7–12 business days

Other countries: 10–20 business days

Customs processing can add time on international orders. Tracking lets you follow it the whole way.

Production Time

Every piece is made to order at our workshop in Vietnam. Production takes 3–4 business days before shipping. You're not getting something pulled from a shelf — you're getting something made for you.
