Handmade 14K Gold Snowflake Bracelet for Women with Moissanite

This women’s 14K gold snowflake bracelet is made in 14K gold — 58.3% pure gold — in Yellow Gold. Two flat snowflakes sit on a fine cable chain, and a third snowflake hangs from the center with a GRA Certified Moissanite set in its middle. The chain adjusts from 6.1 to 7.9 in (155–200 mm) and closes with a spring ring clasp.

The Moissanite is the only stone on this bracelet, and there’s no Swiss CZ (Cubic Zirconia) anywhere on the chain. We hand-finish it at the José Lux workshop in Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam. Two faceted gold beads sit on either side of the drop, so the pattern stays balanced around your wrist.

How This 14K Gold Snowflake Bracelet Is Made

Every José Lux bracelet goes through four stages before it ships: alloying, design and mold making, fabrication and finishing, and quality control. We alloy 24K gold down to 14K by hand, in the exact ratio for Yellow Gold. The three snowflakes and the two beads start as 3D CAD designs, become wax models, and are cast with lost-wax casting, while the chain is formed and cut to length.

Fabrication happens at the bench. We solder the two flat snowflakes and the beads into the chain line, hang the center charm from the chain, and attach the extension chain and clasp. Then we set the Moissanite by hand in its prong mount, check and adjust every prong, and polish each flat surface in stages to a mirror finish.

Before it leaves Hồ Chí Minh City, we test the karat with an XRF machine and check for nickel. Then we stamp the legal karat hallmark on the small oval tag beside the clasp, as FTC requirements call for.

The Gold — 14K, Solid, Yellow

The bracelet is solid gold — never gold-filled, never gold-plated. 14K gold carries 58.3% pure gold, and the rest is alloy metal that gives a fine chain the strength to hold its shape through daily wear. 10K gold — 41.7% pure gold — resists scratches a little better, while 14K reads deeper and warmer in Yellow Gold.

Yellow Gold gets its color from the alloy formula, and we mix copper and silver into the gold during alloying. Nothing is plated on top, so the color runs all the way through the metal.

The Moissanite Center Stone — One Stone, No CZ

The center stone is GRA Certified Moissanite — Color D-FL, colorless and internally flawless, Mohs 9.25. It carries a unique laser-inscribed ID, traceable to that specific stone. Moissanite isn’t a diamond, and José Lux won’t tell you it is. It’s lab-created silicon carbide with its own optical signature and strong fire under direct light.

It’s the only stone on this bracelet, set in a prong mount at the middle of the drop charm. The charm hangs below the chain, so the stone catches light from new angles each time your wrist moves. Beaded texture runs along every arm of the charm, which frames the stone without crowding it.

Certification

GRA reports cover Moissanite only. The GRA certification on this stone is a Moissanite report, not a diamond grading report, and José Lux says so plainly. The bracelet also carries the legal karat hallmark, which we stamp after XRF testing.

Fit, Clasp, and Everyday Wear

The bracelet adjusts from 6.1 to 7.9 in (155–200 mm), and that range includes the extension chain, a row of open rings that ends in a small snowflake tag. One adjustable size fits any woman’s wrist. Clip the spring ring clasp into the ring that feels right, and change rings whenever you want a closer or looser fit.

The spring ring clasp is made by hand and built to hold firm. Pull back the small tab with a fingernail and the gate opens, then let go and it snaps shut. You can take the bracelet off when you’re not wearing it, then put it back on without a struggle, and you set the length yourself, so there’s no jeweler visit.

The bracelet carries 2.76 g of gold, so it sits light on the wrist. The center charm hangs below the chain, which means it can catch on knit sleeves and loose hair. Take it off for the gym and for heavy lifting, and the fine cable chain will hold up to daily wear.

Wear it alone and the drop charm stays the focal point. Stack it with a watch or a second thin Yellow Gold chain, and the two flat snowflakes still read at the sides of your wrist.
