José Lux has been setting Moissanite stones for over a decade. A sunflower halo asks more of the bench than a plain round halo does — each petal-shaped point around the stone has to sit even, hold its own small stone, and still read as one continuous flower shape from across the room, not a circle with notches cut into it.

This bracelet centers a round brilliant Moissanite inside a sunflower-shaped halo of pávé CZ — the halo’s scalloped petal edge gives it a flower outline instead of a plain circle. A single bezel-set CZ stone sits on each side of the halo, connecting it to a fine cable chain that runs to the clasp. A small heart tag hangs from the adjustable extender near the clasp.

The Center Stone — 1.0 CT GRA Moissanite, Round Brilliant

The center stone is a 1.0 CT GRA-certified Moissanite — Color D, Clarity FL. Colorless and internally flawless. Round brilliant cut, cut to standard diamond-equivalent proportions, so it measures approximately 6.5mm across. It ships with its own GRA certificate carrying a unique report ID traceable to your specific stone. Physical certificate. Not a card.

Moissanite is lab-created silicon carbide. It is not a diamond, and José Lux will not tell you it is. It has its own optical character — more fire than diamond, meaning more rainbow dispersion when it catches direct light. Centered inside a full halo of smaller stones, that fire is what pulls the eye first.

The Sunflower Halo — Pávé CZ Petals

A plain round halo is a tight circle of stones set against the center stone’s edge. A sunflower halo breaks that circle into individual petal-shaped points, so the outline reads as a flower rather than a ring of pávé. Every petal point on this bracelet is hand-set under magnification — keeping the scallop even all the way around takes more bench time than a plain round setting, since there’s no straight edge to hide an uneven gap behind.

The halo stones are CZ, set close together so the petal shape holds its form rather than reading as scattered points. José Lux imports CZ in quantity specifically for halo work like this, so re-setting a stone is never a special order.

The Side Stones and Chain

A single round CZ stone sits bezel-set on each side of the sunflower halo — wrapped fully in a metal rim rather than held by prongs. On a chain this fine, a bezel keeps the stone’s edge protected and the profile low against the wrist. Jump rings connect each side stone to the sunflower halo and to the chain beyond it, and every jump ring is checked at the José Lux workshop before the bracelet ships.

The chain itself is a fine cable chain — small, uniform links that keep the bracelet lightweight rather than heavy or stiff, so the sunflower halo stays the visual focus instead of competing with a bulky chain.

The Clasp and Adjustable Fit — 15.5 to 20 cm (6.1″ to 7.9″)

The bracelet closes with a lobster clasp and an adjustable extender chain. The full stated length — 15.5 to 20 cm, about 6.1″ to 7.9″ — already includes that extender. Nothing is hidden in the measurement. That range covers virtually every woman’s wrist size, which is why José Lux builds this bracelet adjustable by design instead of offering one fixed length and a resize service.

The lobster-claw clasp is hand-finished at the José Lux workshop and built to hold under daily use. It opens with one motion when you want to take the bracelet off, and closes just as easily when you put it back on — no fighting with a stiff catch. Slide the clasp along the extender to whichever loop gives you the fit you want, and adjust it again any time your size preference changes.

The Metal and Plating

The chain, halo, side settings, and clasp are 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, 7.5% copper for structural strength. Every bracelet is rhodium plated with a white gold finish, applied by hand at our Vietnam workshop. Not machine-dipped. Hand plating gives more even coverage at the detail points — around each petal of the halo, along the side bezels, through the clasp.

Rhodium is harder than gold and sits as a barrier between the silver underneath and the air. Conservative baseline for this finish is three years of regular daily wear. In practice, many José Lux customers report five years before they notice fading, and we’ve recorded eight years of daily wear before a first re-plate. Skin chemistry, how often the bracelet is worn, and exposure to lotions or chlorine all affect the timeline. Re-plating is always free at the José Lux workshop — no time limit.

Warranty and Repairs

The settings on this bracelet — the sunflower halo, the side bezels, and the jump rings along the chain — are hand-checked at the José Lux workshop before it ships. Stone loss from normal daily wear is rare. That’s by design, not luck.

If a stone does come loose under everyday use — no drops, no hard impacts, just daily wear — José Lux handles it:

• Moissanite center stone: Re-setting labor is always free. If the stone needs replacement, it’s charged at our Hong Kong import cost — never at retail.
• Rhodium re-plating: Always free at the José Lux workshop. No time limit. No conditions.

What’s not covered: stone loss from hard physical impact — a bracelet caught and pulled hard, dropped and struck, or showing visible setting deformation consistent with a hit. José Lux inspects each case individually and tells you honestly what we find. If a repair falls outside the warranty, we still fix it — at cost, with a clear quote before any work starts.
