If a stone does come loose or fall out under everyday use — no drops, no hard impacts, just daily wear — José Lux handles it:

What's not covered: stones lost due to hard physical impact — a necklace dropped from height, caught and yanked, or showing visible deformation of the halo ring or center prongs consistent with a fall or hard strike.
