José Lux has been hand-setting stones for over a decade. The Twin Flower CZ Necklace is built around one idea executed twice: a four-petal flower composed of four Swiss CZ stones in a shared-prong cluster, made in two sizes on the same necklace. The large flower is the pendant — four matched round brilliant CZ petals meeting at a shared center, sitting at the collarbone. The small flower is a matching four-petal cluster, using the same construction and the same design language at a smaller scale, set directly and permanently into the right side of the chain.

Two flowers. Same form. Different scale. The small flower on the chain is not an afterthought or a generic accent — it is the same design as the pendant, built the same way, sitting on the shoulder while the pendant sits at the sternum. The design logic is repetition with variation: one shape, two sizes, two locations on the body at the same time. That relationship between the two flowers is what makes this necklace more considered than a plain pendant on a plain chain.

Every element is hand-set at our workshop in Vietnam. The large pendant cluster requires four stones to seat flush to each other at a shared center point. The small chain flower requires the same four-stone shared-prong construction at a smaller scale, set directly into the chain — a more demanding placement than a pendant base because the chain link has to hold the setting without losing integrity or rigidity at that point. Our artisans have been doing both for years.

The Stones — Swiss CZ, Two Matched Flower Clusters

All stones in this necklace are Swiss CZ — cubic zirconia. This is not a Moissanite piece. There is no GRA certificate. What it is: two hand-set four-petal flower clusters, both built from matched round brilliant Swiss CZ stones, both using the same shared-prong construction, made at two different scales on the same necklace.

The large pendant cluster uses four CZ stones matched for size, cut, and color — each stone large enough to read clearly as an individual petal at collarbone distance. In direct light, all four petals fire simultaneously. The flower reads as one bright, composed object because the four stones are properly matched and the shared prongs at the center allow no gap between them.

The small chain flower uses four smaller CZ stones built to the same specification as the pendant — matched size, same cut grade, same color standard. The scale difference between the two flowers is the design feature: the small one echoes the large one, clearly from the same design family, but scaled to sit on the chain rather than as a pendant. When both are worn together on the collarbone, the relationship between them is immediately readable. That readability is the craft.

How the Necklace Looks in Person

The large pendant sits at collarbone center as a compact four-point flower — four Swiss CZ petals firing in all directions simultaneously. The shared-prong construction means no visible metal separates the stones at the center: the flower reads as one object, not four stones arranged in a shape. In natural light, the four matched CZ petals catch and throw white sparkle from every angle. As the pendant moves with the body, the flower rotates slightly and the sparkle pattern shifts — it never looks static.

The small chain flower sits on the right side of the cable chain, fixed at a point that falls on the right shoulder above the collarbone when the necklace is worn at 18 inches. It is the same four-petal form as the pendant — four CZ petals at the shared center — but proportionally smaller, designed to read as a companion to the pendant rather than a competing element. In person, the eye moves between the two flowers naturally: the large one at the sternum, the small one at the shoulder. The rhodium plated white gold finish across the entire necklace — both flower clusters, the full cable chain — sits bright white and mirror-polished. It is a delicate, layered necklace that carries more visual complexity than its compact size suggests.

The Chain — 18 Inches, Handcrafted Lobster Clasp

The chain is 925 sterling silver, cable-link style, 18 inches in length. 18 inches is the standard fit for virtually every woman — collarbone length, the exact drop that positions the pendant at the sternum and the chain flower at the right shoulder simultaneously. Every customer at José Lux who has purchased a necklace at this length has been satisfied with the fit. The fine cable links lie flat and allow both flowers to hang and sit in their intended positions without pulling or rotating.

The lobster clasp is handcrafted at our Vietnam workshop. Not a pressed-out factory clasp. Hand-finished. It holds firm during wear — it does not release under pressure or vibration. When you want to remove the necklace, it opens cleanly with a single thumb press. Easy when you intend it. Secure when you don't. We've been making them long enough to know the difference.

The Metal and Plating

The pendant, chain flower, and chain are all 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver, 7.5% copper for structural strength. The large pendant cluster base holds four prong positions in correct shared geometry under daily wear. The small chain flower mount holds the same four-stone cluster construction within a chain link — a structurally more demanding placement because the link has to remain fully functional as part of the chain while also carrying the stone setting. We use properly gauged wire for both, formed correctly at the bench so neither setting compromises the integrity of the structure it sits in.

The rhodium plated white gold finish is hand-applied at our Vietnam workshop. Not machine-dipped. Hand-done. The artisans doing this work have been plating silver for years. On this necklace, the plating has to cover three elements with different geometries: the larger pendant cluster base, the smaller chain flower mount, and the full cable chain. Hand-application ensures consistent, even coverage across all three — especially at the prong tips and the chain-to-mount junction of the small flower, where machine-dipping consistently under-covers.

Rhodium is harder than gold. The rhodium plated white gold finish sits as a hard barrier between the silver and air — while it holds, the silver underneath stays bright white, mirror-polished, exactly as it left our workshop. The conservative baseline for this finish is three years of regular daily wear. Many customers report five years. The longest we've recorded: eight years of daily wear before the first re-plate. Skin chemistry, wear frequency, and chemical exposure all affect the timeline. When the rhodium eventually wears and you want it restored, ship it back. Re-plating is always free at the José Lux workshop — no time limit, no conditions.

Warranty and Repairs

Every stone in both flower clusters on a José Lux Twin Flower Necklace is adjusted by hand at our Vietnam workshop. Stone loss from normal daily wear is extremely rare. That's by design.

If a stone does come loose or fall out under everyday use — no drops, no hard impacts, just daily wear — José Lux handles it:

  • Swiss CZ pendant flower stones: Re-setting or replacing stones is always free. José Lux imports CZ in volume directly from our suppliers. We absorb the cost entirely.
  • Swiss CZ chain flower stones: Re-setting the chain flower is always free. Same supplier, same standard, same policy as the pendant.
  • Rhodium re-plating: Always free at the José Lux workshop. No time limit, no conditions.

What's not covered: stones lost due to hard physical impact — a necklace dropped from height, caught and yanked, or showing visible deformation consistent with a fall or hard strike. José Lux inspects each case individually. If a repair falls outside the warranty, we still fix it — at cost, with a clear quote before anything is done.

Shipping

Free via USPS to the United States and Europe. Tracking sent the day your order ships. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days. European orders can see customs delays — José Lux states that honestly rather than promise a window we can't control. Every shipment is 100% insured. If something goes wrong in transit — lost, delayed, or damaged — you're covered in full. Even if an incorrect address was entered at checkout, a full refund is issued. You either receive your necklace in perfect condition or you get your money back.

Your necklace ships with an anti-shock protective layer inside a dedicated jewelry box, inside an outer gift box. The pendant is secured individually. Nothing shifts. Nothing impacts.

Our Workshop

Our workshop is in Vietnam. The artisans who hand-set both four-petal flower clusters and hand-plate the full necklace have been doing this work for years — longer than most jewelry brands have been selling online. Every cluster stone in both flowers is seated by hand. Every necklace is plated by hand. This is José Lux's own workshop, not a third-party factory.

The small chain flower is the technically harder of the two settings on this necklace. Setting four matched CZ stones in a shared-prong cluster into a cable chain link — maintaining the correct stone geometry, keeping the chain link functional, finishing the prong tips cleanly — is not standard production work. It takes more bench time than a pendant setting and there is less tolerance for error because the chain link has to remain structurally sound. We do it because it makes the necklace better. That is the standard at our Vietnam workshop.

Your Necklace Arrives Protected — Two-Layer Box Packaging, USPS Insured

Your necklace ships in two layers of packaging. The inner jewelry box holds the necklace securely in place. The outer box protects everything during transit. On top of that, the necklace itself is wrapped in a shock-absorbing layer before it goes into the box — so there's no movement, no impact damage, nothing shifts in transit.

Shipping is via USPS with 100% jewelry insurance on every order. If something goes wrong in transit — lost, delayed, damaged — we cover it. Even if an address was entered incorrectly at checkout, José Lux refunds you in full. You either receive your necklace in perfect condition, or you get your money back. That's the José Lux standard.

FAQ

What is the small flower on the chain?

It is a four-petal flower cluster built to the same design as the main pendant — four Swiss CZ stones in a shared-prong setting arranged as four petals — made at a smaller scale and set permanently into the right side of the cable chain. It is the same form, same construction method, and same CZ standard as the large pendant, just proportionally smaller. It sits on the chain approximately at right shoulder position when worn at 18 inches. It does not slide or move. It is a fixed element of the chain. The design relationship between the two flowers — same shape, different scale, different position on the body — is the defining feature of this necklace.

Does this necklace contain Moissanite?

No. All stones are Swiss CZ — cubic zirconia, in both the large pendant flower and the small chain flower. There is no Moissanite in this piece and no GRA certificate. Swiss CZ, properly matched and correctly hand-set, produces clean white brilliance and consistent sparkle across both flowers simultaneously. José Lux states this clearly because we want you to know exactly what you're buying.

How does the shared-prong cluster work?

In a shared-prong cluster, adjacent stones share a prong wall between them instead of each stone having its own separate set of prongs. On a four-stone flower cluster, each petal stone shares a prong with both of its neighbors, and all four stones meet at a single center point where the shared prongs converge. The result is that no visible metal separates the four stones at the center — the flower reads as one object rather than four stones in a setting. The craft requirement is that each stone has to seat flush to its two neighbors simultaneously. If any stone sits high or low, the cluster reads uneven. At José Lux, both flowers — the large pendant and the small chain flower — are set to the same standard.

How does the necklace look on the neck?

The large flower pendant sits at the sternum as a compact four-point sparkle — four matched CZ petals firing simultaneously. The small chain flower sits on the right collarbone, clearly a smaller version of the same form. The two flowers create a visual conversation: the same design language appearing in two places on the neckline at once. The rhodium plated white gold finish across both flowers and the full cable chain sits bright white and mirror-polished. The chain is fine and lightweight. The necklace is delicate but detailed — more interesting the closer you look.

Is 18 inches the right length for me?

18 inches is the standard collarbone length — it sits just above the sternum on most women. Every customer at José Lux who has purchased a necklace at this length has been satisfied with the fit. At 18 inches specifically, the large flower falls at the sternum and the small chain flower sits on the right shoulder — both in their intended positions simultaneously. That positioning is why 18 inches is the right length for this particular design.

How secure is the lobster clasp?

The lobster clasp on every José Lux necklace is handcrafted at our Vietnam workshop — not a standard factory-pressed clasp. It holds firm during wear and does not release under pressure or vibration. When you want to remove the necklace, it opens cleanly with a single thumb press. Easy when you intend it. Secure when you don't.

Does the necklace tarnish?

Not while the rhodium plating holds. The rhodium plated white gold finish is a hard barrier between the 925 sterling silver and air — while it's intact, the silver underneath stays bright white and doesn't tarnish. The finish holds for at least 3 years under regular daily wear. Many José Lux customers go 5 years. Some have gone 8. When the plating eventually wears through, you'll notice the finish losing its brightness — that's your signal to send it back. Re-plating is always free at the José Lux workshop, no time limit, no conditions.

What does the warranty cover?

Every stone in both flower clusters is built to hold. If a stone comes loose under normal daily wear with no impact damage: all CZ stones in both the pendant and the chain flower are re-set for free. José Lux imports CZ in volume and absorbs the cost entirely for both elements. Re-plating is always free. Impact damage — deformation consistent with a fall or hard strike — is not covered under warranty but is still repaired at cost with a clear quote first.

Where is this necklace made?

Handmade at the José Lux workshop in Vietnam. Our artisans hand-set both flower clusters — the large pendant and the small chain flower — and hand-plate the entire necklace. Setting a four-stone shared-prong cluster into a chain link is more demanding than pendant setting: the link has to hold the stone mount without losing chain integrity at that point. We've been doing it long enough to know how. The lobster clasp is handcrafted at the same workshop. This is José Lux's own operation — not a third-party factory.
